Hi,

I have a couple of questions:

1. When a sales call is being recorded and the line is silent for abt 10 secs the recording stops. is there anyway to set this to a higher limit or is there any other workaround?

2. When trying to access voicemail (containing the recording of a call), i think there is bleeding of digits as the beginning of the recording has some tones and so the VM pro is thrown off thinking these are entered by the caller. Can anything be done to avoid this?

Thanks in advance.

What versions of firmware/vm pro are you using? How are you recording the calls (auto, percentage or manual)?

Let me know your set-up and I will try an recreate it here :)

cheers

Raffles666,

Thanks for your response.

VM pro version 2.0(16). Where can i retrieve the firmware info?

Call recording is auto

Let me know if there is any other info u need.

Thanks

When you open the config in manager, when prompted for the password for the IPO itself (not the initial manager password) you will see the firmware version of your IPO.

Sounds like you would benefit from an upgrade.

Peter

Thank you Peter,

The info there says the same 2.0(16)
