Have a customer on IPO SE Rls. 11.1. They want to do call recording. They have a regulatory requirement to keep the messages for a month. Other than depositing the recordings in voice mailboxes, is ACR the only other option?

I have resold Xima Chronicall with my IP Office units for more than ten years. You just add the one CTI Link license and then you can keep all of the call reporting and recording on your own server and not have to mess with the Avaya solution. There are up front purchase or monthly subscription options as well. www.ximasoftware.com is their website. I don't work for them or get anything for recommending them, I use them in my business for my clients :)

I know about ACR. I ran a quote and my cost was approx. $6k for the base license for 1-250 Users and call recording for 15 users plus IPOSS. I was wondering if anyone had a good workaround solution.

Why not Media Manager? You can store it all for much more than 30 days and, eventually, you can store it all over a NAS or Google, I think it's really cheaper.

I have this solution deployed on two IPO customers. Picks up the call on the line side. IPO remains out of it. One time purchase and you can use any PC/Server to save records as long as you need to. You can search recordings and attach to emails.
