Hello

I have a BCM50 running 6.0. I've enabled Call Recording in my class of service as necessary. However, it only works for external calls over the analog lines - incoming and outgoing. It doesn't work with the interoffice extensions, nor does it work between my other sites which have BCM50s (connected via SIP trunks).

What can I look for? Not sure if this is behaviour by design...

Search or post the BCM forum for more information. Try using a hookflash Feature 71 then recording.
