I am running CM 4.2 and have the need to record agent calls for training purposes. I am not sure how to set this up in CM 4.2 or if I need additional software/hardware. Any help would be appreciated as I inherited this system.
 
You mentioned agents. Do you have ccx also then which is the contact center solution? It runs on it's own hardware and software that is separate from cucm
