We are currently looking for a call recording solution to record 100% of our calls for compliance purposes.

What vendors/solutions have you implemented in your call centers? Please post any good or bad experiences. Thanks!
 
Nice and Witness are the 2 best for recording voice and PC screens.
Both solutions are great for trainnig new agents, By showing them the perfect and not so prefect call handling
 
eTalk is another route you could look at. Been using it here for a few years.
 
I'm in the same boat. We had a meeting with Nice a few weeks ago and are meeting with eTalk tommorrow. I have heard good things about Witness when I worked for a Nortel distributor but I don't know if they are on our short list here. I'll let you know on who we decide to go with.
