Has anyone ever experienced a scratchy call recording. Heres the scenario: Two extensions call each other. The conversation is clear. One of the extensions starts call recording and you hear a click and then the conversation instantly starts to sound very scratchy and unclear. Once the users stop recording the conversation returns to normal. We are using an IP412 with voicemail pro.
