Does anybody know how to increase the time limit on recording calls through phone manager? We can only record calls up to 59min 59 sec, after that it stops!
Our calls can last for 2 to 3 hours!

On verstion 2.1 (27), voicemail pro on 2.1 (27)

Thanks

In Voicemail Pro, if you go to your "Specific Start Points" under "User," if you click on "Preferences," and then "General," you can set message length there. Default is 120 seconds. I'm not sure you can set 0 for infinity. You can try it.

If you only want to change this for one user, like a supervisor's box that all of the messages are save to, just right click on "User," go to "Add" and add that user's name. Then do the "Preferences," "General...."

Hope this helps!

Dispensing quality rants and mishaps since 1999:

Our is set to 120, but I sure this is only for people leaving messages the lengh is 120.

I have uses doing call record from phone manager and it only stops at 59:59,(just under the hour)
Our calls last longer than that,

As far as I am aware that's just the way it is, no way around this.

check under Administration/Preferences/General

Is there a setting that says Max VRL Recording?

If not consider V3.0
