Hi,

What do you peeps use to record your voice calls? Our director would like the ability to record calls at any time and also allow people to record conference calls etc.

We have a mixture of Meridian Option 61's, 11's and a CS1000 with Call Pilot 2.2.

Many thanks,

Chris

Thanks pbxn.

Is there something which will install on the switch itself and allow is to record any extension from there rather then install things on peoples desktops?

I should of been more clear in my first post :)

Thanks,

Chris

Depending on how much money you want to spend I'm sure. The box we have is in our switchroom and not the users desktop. It may be a cheap option for you. There are others I have used but were quite expensive Soundbyte was one of the companies we used.

ALGO makes a rack mounted recorder unit. No desk top boxes to be in the way. Kust share a physical connection with the TN and the set. The 4102 will recorder both the conversation and the dialed or incoming call number. If for Operator console need 2 units for this one unit for the 2 TNs for op console.

Thank you for all the replies!

Will check some of these solutions out.

Regards,

Chris

We use Telstrat IDVR (Call Parrot). Also not cheap but the cards are 'in skin' in our 61 and 81- the just replace the digital line cards. Good product, good support.
