Call Recording not displaying correct data

Guys are there anyone of you tried setting up the asttec?

The recordings are working but the logs appears to be incorrect.

From the logs, localparty appears as extension number (EXTxxx) but in remoteparty it shows only the IP Address(xx.xx.xx.x).

Is there a settings in avaya that can be set to capture the remoteparty dialed number?
