Anyone have any knowledge of miVCR ( oaisys) call recording filters?

i have a large trunk side recorder that has 2600 indials
i want if possible to block all these number ranges and then allow specific extensions to be recorded
at the moment i have call filters for
blocked extensions that have patterns 18## 28## 60## etc for each of the ranges
recorded extensions that have the specific extensions to be recorded 6021 for example
the recording rules are
Default - record
Blocked extensions do not record
recorded extensions record

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

The most restrictive policy always takes precedent. If most of the extensions/DN's are not to be recorded then what I normally do is have a "do not record by default filter". All extensions are in this filter only removing the ones that I want to record. Then leave the default recording rule as Record.

cheers
i ended up adding patterns in the block call lists
18*
19*
20* etc
and then broke them out down to indivduals around the extensions that were to be recorded
painfull though because there is no import

might have to see if i can work out how to add directly to teh SQL tables

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
