I have a customer who wants to record all calls in and out for his agents .He wants it automatic not as an acd feature or vm record call. 5.0 mics 4.0.04e 3.6.0022 cinphony II he need only agents calls recorded but will settle for all calls into business as long as he has a way to get his agents recordings and delete rest most q calls coming in on 2 pri's with 800# pointed on did's agents all have did's hes has 2 q's on 8 copper trunks and 3rd party hardware/software out there.
