Customer asking a lot here. Wants record calls and call ID info for records along with screen pops for 30+ users. Also wants to add info to screen pop like customer specific questions.
I would suggest you look at the RSI packages for the CTI and SMDR questions and I think RSI also has recorders for norstar.

While the call-accounting-mate would provide the SMDR portion it dosen't appear to help swfl out at all with the call recording or the computer telephonic integration. the reason I suggested RSI was not about cost but integration of all that you want to do at the same time.
