call recording cls8.7 DB problem

Hi

I have Nice cls 8.7 connect to a remote switchs8700 via tsapi

i have all state ok , and information show in screen in call server ,when i look on monitor they have agents connected ,but when i make call to the agent the state of agnets doesn't change so ther is no record to databe
for information i use this solution only for retrieve agnent id , DNIS ,duration,vdn of incoming call

plz i neeed help this is facturation data base so is too cretical for me
