Okay here is the situation
I have 3 x switchboard users running one X attendant in telecommuter mode with the audio being received through 3 x callmaster 5
Our voice recording platform works currently using Service Observing using DMCC & TSAPI the acknowledgment to start and stop recordings does not appear to be getting through.
Is there a better / more sensible way of recording attendants
I had wondered if we were network sniffing to record the calls would this fix the issue
