Is there a way to turn off the call record announcement in a BCM200?

It is legal in my area to not have to announce that the call is being recorded.

Any help is appreciated.

the accouncement cannot be turned off. But this is planned for future releases (BCM50 R3 is able to)

I believe nortel can turn it off if you call for support and sign a waiver. Call nortel support.
