Call record question

Hello,

I have a user with call record active and he have 3 appearance button on is phone , he wants to be able to record the first two appearance button but dont want to record on the third button...is this possible?

Customer is asking for weird thing... he said that before with is cisco he was able to choose which intercom he is recording
 
Give him a record button he has to hit it if he wants to record or not... about the best you can do with this request. I am sure that won't make him happy either but it is an option.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
Still, ask the customer why..

Maybe he has a reason for it, and you can find another solution for his request...
 
Okkie26 is right maybe once he spells out why he wants it you can figure out a solution that makes sense.

He wants the staff to use Intercom 3 to do personnal call an not being record, but want at the same time record to be active for the other i/c ... It is a no issue ;-)
 
He only wants to record incomming calls?

You can set that at the users voice recording tab.
 
If you are on R10, you can give him a MADN appearance of a phantom extension (that isn't being recorded) as his 3rd appearance...
