Hopefully this is something simple but here it goes. We have a customer that wants to take 5 of his DID's and point all those numbers to a hunt group/multicall button for the sales group. At the end of the month they want to be able to pull reporting on these numbers to find out which one recieved the most hits. As of right now I have setup DID's 1 through 5 as system speedcalls that all terminate to my Sales multicall line. it rings 4 times then goes to sales VM just as expected. My question is what can be done as far as reporting goes to show me statistics on those DID's ? Or do I have to re-engineer this so call flow utilizes call re-routing?
