Hello for all ,Please how can configure the call be answered by DISA and distribution to ICD Groups if agents busy or no answer the caller hear message busy extension and estimate the times and if extension become free the call transfer to her in PBX (KX-NS500)
 
There are 3-4 stages in that question

For estimate of time in the queue you will need the call centre licence

On the disa, do you want dial one for x option or play a message and go to a group of users

If you setup a group with no members and set queue table, first sequence is to be the ogm message number with the recording, then second sequence is overflow
In that group set overflow no answer to the group number with the members in it. It will play the message and then send the csll to the other group
