Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to add
a call queue on an extension.
This is what I would like;
When I am on the phone I would like all incoming calls
from the pbx or public incoming lines go on a queue
in the system where they are told to wait.
I don't want to log in like a call center.
I only want a call queue. If I am not on the phone the
call will ring like usual.
