Hi guys , could someone point me in the right direction regarding CQ Codes. Are the function keys involved (soft keys at the top of phone) when these are being input or just punch in the codes as the agents are on the phone :-(

You can enter CQ codes during the call or at the clerical time. While at these states one of the softkeys at the top of the phone turns to CQ. Press it and enter the code. That is all. You do not need to define any key for it.
