Call Processing Stopped

I get this error a couple of times a day now on our Cintec ACD. I reactivate the ACD and it works for awhile but it will stop processing calls in an hour or two. Thanks for any help you can give. We are replacing the whole system within 60day but I need to keep it going until then. Roughly 40 agents logged in and around 45 groups.
 
releases..what are your release..co-res on nam? ksu software???

Are you running 3.6.0027? There is a bug that raised it's head earlier in the Rev patches.
 
We have version 3.40.008. Also before this problem started we would get logins exceeded on the phones about every 1 -2 days. I would have to restart the ACD and vmail to correct temporarily.
 
vm to 4.1 then acd to 3.6.0027 switch should have be done also..why replace i have quite a few that work fine
