I'm new to the Avaya Call Manager ver. 6.0 and was ran through a one week crash course on administering one. Slowly gaining some experience, but I'm still green on some areas. Trying to figure out how to enable privacy between bridged appearance calls. I enabled exclusion and it appears to have worked with digital phones, but still have analog and some VoIP telephone users complaining that their conversations are interrupted by someone picking up their bridged or abridged appearance. Any tips out there?

Excellent thread. Thanks.
I noticed that one of the steps 98Converter provided:
"Ensure that the Data Privacy Access Code field on the Feature Access Codes (FAC) screen is set to y."
Did not jive with my version of CM6 Aura suite. A yes or no option was not available. I could only enter a four digit code allowing * or # as one of the digits. So I created one.
Still waiting to hear from the customer if it is working for her.
Thanks again.
