Call Presentation even after phone is in Set_Busy

We have an issue where our VoIP i2004's are still being presented with calls after an auto-set to Make Set Busy when they do not answer after four rings.

This feature was working normally yesterday, and we made no changes to the overall set up of the switch. Is this something anyone has seen or corrected?
