Perhaps after mooving to IE rel.7 or maybe after SU 4 implementation we are not able to manage Call Presentation Classes via CC manager (are not displayed at all). In the database we can see CP Classes setup including all parameters as were created in the past. Everything else in CC manager works fine.

Thanks in advance

Do you get any error messages when you click on Call Presentation Class under Configuration?

I suspect it's more to do with IE7 than anything else. I have heard on the grapevine that this version can cause prolems, but I have no direct evidence to support these claims.

IE7 gave us problems with the web client, but it wasn't just limited to CP classes. It affected anything that required a directory structure on the left hand side of the page e.g. scripts, configuration etc.

Is IE7 not signed off for use with SU4 though?

Doesn’t seem like User Rights problem. Also there is no error message.
To click on the Call Presentation Classes ... just one empty row is displayed.
To create new Class is not possible here as well.

That sounds like an ActiveX control did not download properly. Although I would expect to see other issues crop up on other pages as well.

You can download ActiveX controls and run them directly on the client itself. Have you tried opening Call Presentation Classes on different clients (PC)?

It’s strange but definitely just one page is affected this way. The same problem has been experienced on different PCs even with IE6. Fortunately we have found emergency solution:
To run IE from the CCMA server – in this case CPC are displayed correctly and parameters can be changed.
