call presentation class 1

i want to change the amount of rings associated to a skillset so i am changing return to que timer settings
in call presentation class.its having No effect.where is the association done to utilize this? Should the C.P.C. entry be the skillset name or do I need an entry in scripting to utilize this call poresentation class?
 
You might want to look at RTQT in the ACD in the PBX. This may be shorter than anything you have in Symposium and thus supersedes those entries.
 
Agents are assigned to the Call Presentation Class, not skillsets. If you change the Call Presentation Class, all the agents assigned to that class will have the new settings, regardless of the skillset to which the call is queued.

You can verify an agent's Call Presentation class by looking at the Agent properties.

You can also run an agent property configuration report if don't want to go through each agent's properties.
 
So now i see agent falls into class...but how limited no unique treatment on a skillset type call...their class is always same even though answering different skillset with different SLA's...did not think that way at all at 1st
