call poi let not working

we have purchased the callpoilet and have also the hardware key but the vendor did not activated it
and is not working
is there anybody who could guide me from very beginning to use this please ?

Often had to add sentinel drivers to get the USB dongles to come up if you are on a rack mount server based version
