hello all.can anyone tell me if callpilot 150 w/2.0 sw can log on 20 agents at one time so calls can be routed to each agent as they become availible.if not is there an enhancement software availible to do this.or do i need to go to a different piece of equipment.please make a recommendation of a diffrent piece of equip.0x32 w/6.1
thanks in advance.

To my knowledge the Maximum Agents on a CP150 is ten.

The NAM(if you can still get one) with Cynphony can handle at least 20.

If you had a BCM the Call Pilot interface can accomidate at least 20.

This is strait from the web interface on my CP100.

Two levels of Call Center are available. Basic Call Center offers 2 skillsets and 20 configured agents (10 active). Professional Call Center increases these capacities to 50 skillsets, 250 configured agents (80 active) and a variety of intelligent caller input routing options.

Of course I can't find a part number for the Keycode to authorize Professional Call Center! I will lokk for it on Nortel's site.

as far as i know - the bcm is the only callpilot that has a prof callcenter
cp100 and cp150 have the basic call center ..maybe this is one of the future things ..i shd check it out
