In addition to assigning an ext to a mailbox you can assign a line directly to the mailbox. Enter the line number you want to be answered with this mailbox. Remind the mailbox owner that the line will not ring their phone, it will go directly to their personal greeting.
Previously on the NAMs, Flashes and StartTalks you could not assign a line directly to a mailbox.
This setting is especially helpful with for instance Real Estate Agents that share physical phones and each have their own incoming DID number.
