We are in the middle of an XP rollout and we are having some issues with call pilot in Groupware 5.5. As long as the users access only one mailbox they are fine. When they close out of groupwise and come back in the program and enter a different mailbox that mailbox doesnt refresh and all of the options are greyed out on the Tools--->Call Pilot options.

WHEN SWITCHING MAILBOXES, And using CPTRACE.EXE it scrolls through " Waiting Address Book Logon" over and over and never comes up. ANY HELP PLEASE?

I can then close groupwise and I am able to open groupwise again and use the original mailbox and password and I am right back in.

Does anyone have any ideas at all. I have been dealing with the call pilot admins at work , and they don't seem to be of much help.

We are also using Zenworks, and it seems that some of the people are able to access multiple mailboxes.

I ahve done the basic remove and re-install to no avail. I have spoke with the admin that is of basically no help. I am unable to get alot of info about it on the net to my surprise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
