With a small tape recorder that can be attached to the handset. They sell them at Radio Shack for about $20.00 and work great. I use a SONY recorder, but it stored the calls on my PC and not to tape.
The cassette recorders are available at any electronics store.

Another trick is to use your PC to dial and log into the voicemail and record it as a .wav file
