Call Pilot

I got a call from a customer that their call pilot unit is flashing red, bad power supply or?

Since CallPilots don't have red lites it must be something else. That aside, flashing lites on Norstar systems is never a good thing. I would first try another power supply.

This one has a flashing red light according to the customer, so something else like what? Ordered a new PS.

It might be a Startalk Flash. It has a red power lite.

Yes you ordered wrong, only green lights in the middle left on Callpilots.

Could also be a Mini.

Asking the client to note the NT number on the product is the best way to know.

Should have know better than to trust customer for info, in fact there was a flashing green light on port 1.
Replaced Call Pilot, already had power supply that was ordered.
