User phone will not go to voice mail. Set to forward after for rings or no answer? Forward/bust to VM port, line in table of VM set to answer on 2 rings. All other stations are working fine? This is the highest extension, no other extensions connected after this one? Not sure that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Has the3 MB been initialized? Does that extension have the proper mailbox assigned to it?
 
yes, the mailbox is initialized and assigned to it.
 
Try Forward 3 rings as a test
Where does the call go I wonder.

Where problem set = 250

Check that it is 250 the proper method (and nothing but!) by doing Feature * 0 then press Intercom and look at the display.
Check voice mail DN by pressing F982
Go to Forward No Answer and make sure same DN is there

Test by calling it internally
Then test externally

Reboot Callpilot if need

I think that redirect also need to be set to yes on the station programming. Just guessing.
