Calls are not being routed to user's mailbox when a call is transferred to their extension. The call is being routed to the general delivery mailbox. Checked mailbox properties and the extension number is the same as the mailbox number. When the user attempts to log into voicemail they are prompted for their mailbox number instead of their password. Any ideas?

The user's extension is not forwarded to the call pilot dn. Check active sets in element manager.

Have the user press # when prompted for their mailbox number. Call Pilot interface prompts for mailbox number when logging in, NVM interface doesn't.

User's extension is set to forward to the cp dn on a no answer or busy in 4 rings. Sorry did not think to add that in on original post. Very confused on this one, I have never ran into this before.

Can a message be left in the user's mailbox when doing a Feature 980?

Will the user's extension forward okay to another set instead of the call pilot dn?

Any luck getting the user's extension to forward to voicemail?

I ran into this same problem a few years ago but it was on a MICS with Call Pilot 100. CP reinstall cleared it.

Sounds like it lost programing if they have to log with MB and PSWD instead of just putting password in first.

Blackpony still needs to confirm if the mailbox is Callpilot or Norstar mode.
In MVM mode if it states LOG then the mailbox does not match the DN, since you say otherwise then delete the mailbox, reboot and then rebuild the box and test.
Another test is to delete the mailbox and build another but with a different MB number, this would say corruption if it works.

Re-booted the BCM and the problem was solved! Thanks to all for the responses.
