Client has an MICS w/CP 150 in location 1, they have moved their Scheduling Dept from location 1 to location 2 and are transferring calls there via CCR Tree. Since the move incoming callers are occasionally subjected to 5-10 rings until a vm port becomes free and users are also getting a busy when trying to access their vm box. Never had these issues when the Department was located at location 1. Could this be caused by the outbound transfers to location 2 and is there a way make sure all the CP channels are functioning correctly?
Thanks
Tom

What is the outbound transfer string?

six people moved but they get a lot of calls.....would increasing the number of outbound channels on the CP help? They won't consider VoIP so don't have too many options....thinking about forwarding their main number to the CP at the new location where these people moved to but it's a CP 100 and would need to be a 150 to handle the calls. Any suggestions/alternatives GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

Why don't you just move the pilot number of the group to the new location.
