General delivery mail box will not save password, have to reset everyday? Has anyone ever had this problem?

You sure someone isn't changing it? What is the password expiry for the GDM COS? Set it to zero (never expire).

Does it tell you "password has expired" daily
or
Do you try old password and does not work or states "Mailbox Locked"?

It says the mail box is locked , contact admin, I reset it and the next day the new password does not work. Thank you
 
Could be a hacker trying to get in at night.

Things to try

-make sure you are not using a password like 1234, keep it more complex.
-reboot the voice mail system
-up the password attempts in COS programming, this is not a fix just might make a hacker give up after 5 tries.
-Upgrade to the latest build of 3.1, I think its 31.10.37.22
-do a REINSTALL and program from scratch clear corruption

I would run reports to see mailbox activity to see what going on.
