I am starting to use new DID numbers which ranges from 1100-1199, but when attempting to create voicemail boxes for them in CP, an error message returned stating the following:

"Mailbox Number conflicts with the name dialing/address shift prefix"

Under Messaging Management in CP, I found the Name Dialing fields which said "YES" to Name Dialing and Name Addressing, and the Prefix for Name Dialing and Name Addressing had "11". I changed this to 12, which is outside of our DID ranges and now able to create mailboxes beginning with 11. What I don't know is the impact of my change. Does anyone know? Name dialing appear to still be working.
