I am trying to add a mailbox and it will not allow me to add because of privileges. How do i change the privilige to add the mailbox? An outside vendor upgraded a year or so ago, but i can log in .....just not make any changes.
 
You need to know the mail box number:000000 and password to config. Privileges for your own. Ask the Vendor they should tell you..you have the right to know.
 
I spoke with the Vendor this morning, and they had the same passwords I had.
 
so you know the mailbox and password, is there anything filled in by the server name?
 
ok, and you cannot log in? Is your system under maintenance or warranty? I would get the vendor out to correct the issues!
 
just in case DNS got messed up, try replacing the CALLPILOT4 with the actual IP address. If that doesn't work then definitely get the vendor out like phnz said.
