I was just upgraded from Meridian Mail to Call Pilot back in November. Not too long after the upgrade I have had one user keep complaining that she is not getting all their messages and the messages she leaves for other people are not being received. I check it out and seems to be working fine and it will work for around a week after and I will receive another call. I thought it was an operator error issue but the user told me that it works sometimes and other times it does not. Has anyone ever seen this before? I looked at how her mailbox is set up and it is identical to the one that I am using. Any help is greatly appreciated.
