Hello - don't know if this is the right place to post this.

I have a BCM400 3.7 with Call Pilot. There are 16 voice mail channels and I would like to do some testing to see if i have a bad channel since some callers get disconnected during the users greeting or shortly after they start leaving a message.

I have already deleted and re-created the mailbox and rebooted the system.

Has anyone experience this problem and if so,please help. Also please let me know if I can busy out the VM channels so I can do some testing.

Find the VM extension under Bus 1 in the MBM Section in the RED DOT named Resources. Bus 1 will have a bunch of ports(101-132 I think) and if you open them up one by one and look at the general tab, youll see what extension is attached. You should be able to disable the port there and one by one you'll figure out if one is bad or not!
