We currently are running a BCM 400 with 32 voice mailbox licences.
Can I somehow assign 2 mailboxes to one extension?

You cannot. You can have a user with 2 mailboxes that he/she monitors (one phantom and one assigned to their extension), but only one will indicate on a phone that there is messages.

You can have more than one extension in one mailbox too.

Hello,

My company is running on a BCM 400 3.7 version. Is it possible to notify a Blackberry user when a new message arrives in a mailbox?

Off premise notification can page or call your Blackberry user when a message arrives.
