IS THERE ANY WAY TO UNLOCK A LOCKED MAILBOX ON A CALL PILOT 100 6.1 WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE THE PASSWORD.

Yes, If you login as the Administrator you can reset the password on any specific mailbox. If you use F983 and Login with that Go under MBOX and ADMIN then you will have an option to enter the mailbox number. At this point enter the number of the Mailbox and there will be an option right there to reset the password. The Password will be defaulted to 0000 so when you goto log back in it will ask you for your new password.

try going to mbox and then "Change" (chg)...not admin.
The rest is ok.
