Option 11C with Call Pilot 1.07. We have set up a CCR tree in application builder, but when the tree is called, no matter what you press, including a dn, it rings once and hangs up. Help!
There are a few possible reasons you would be getting this result. One would be that you are missing either a PEP on the Call Pilot or a Patch on the PBX. The Call Pilot ports may be miss configured on the PBX or the incorrect port DN information was loaded into the Call Pilot. It could be a design problem with the Application that was built. It could be a mismatch with the DN and the restrictions / permission list. Please post any further detail.
The wrong port DNs were loaded on the Call Pilot. This was a used system. We had an issue that required reinstalling the software and apparently when we did that the system reverted to the old DN numbers.
