Call Pilot with MICS

Mics =Rel - 07 Call Pilot = recent release
has 10 agents = 5 assigned to extensions. I want to assign agents 6 to an extension & agent 7 to an extension.
I have access to the call pilot with my laptop
Can someone give me the step by step.....Thanks

Excellent manuals on interenet. I can't seem to find the specific info I need within the documentation.

there is no real step by step, i usually use the phone to program, if the agent has a phone, it has an extension. The agent number is different than the extension number.
