Call pilot voicemail transfer

IS there a way in the CICS with 7.1 software using a callpilot 100 to setup tranfer to go to the station first and then after so many rings go to voicemail? Also then if That station is on DND it goes to voicemail right away. I do not want it to ring back to the station that answered the phone.

You put in the sets programing the voice mail extention in forward no answer (f985) and DND only turns off the audio on the phone it will not send it to VM.

If you put the extension in DND, when someone tranfers a call to that extension it will ring back to them. That is the nature of it. If the call is transfer from the voicemail it will not ring the phone only blink until the FNA kicks in.

You can put a forward to voicemail button on the phone, feature 984, that when pressed will send all calls immediately to voicemail.

For that ext, program cfb=vm, cfna=vm, busy on dnd=y.

Rik, that will send all second calls to voicemail, not just when DND is on.

You're right. If he uses f984, though, all calls will go to vm, and it'll have to be toggled manually.

Neither solution is wrong, but each solution will have a slightly different effect.
