CALL PILOT VOICEMAIL ON BCM

Hey Guys,

Can anyone let me know the highest amount of ports available on a BCM based Call Pilot? I know the Call Pilot 100 comes with 4 ports and the Call Pilot 150 comes with 8 ports.

So channels are like ports in a sense that 32 people can access Voicemail at the same time??

Correct.
A port on a Norstar supports two channels similar to ISDN.
B1
B2
Each B channel represents one connection into the voice mail.
This is why a 8 port CP150 only requires 4 station ports on the Norstar.
