Call Pilot voicemail admin trouble

I have a site where, when they check their voicemail messages, it drops the connection after you listen to the first message. Up until a week ago it gave you admin options after the message. The problem is the same regardless whether you check your messages remotely or internally, and is global across all the boxes. If you have both new and saved messages, you get the admin prompts as to which messages to access (example: 2 for new, 6 for saved) but once you hear the message, it dumps you. I've looked in it and see nothing out of the ordinary and rebboted the CP with no effect. I'm stumped. It is a CP 100 3.0 with NVM.

Begin to unable the General Delivery Mailbox and erase all messages of other mailbox.
The Call Pilot is almost full and this is the cause of drop the connection, if you can obtain a Report of Mailbox Information and check all mailbox with a lot of messages.
If that not works then must be reinstall the call pilot but
first obtain a backup of mailbox users and CCR,
another tip is copy the flash card into a Laptop and check the versión of release, obtain the software of and paste in the flash and reconfigure all Call Pilot Again.
And Be sure that General Delivery Mailbox is unable or be sure who check it and erase the messages.
