Call pilot voice message

Hello Every body

I have a question that I have deleted all the voice mail and fax in mail box by telephone. But I checked the message waiting lamp in the phone set still lit up.

How can I deleted this message from the Call pilot Server ?

otherwise try to reboot your CallPilot server.

the msg are deleted, as above you can turn the light off from another phone with the right keys, i would do a search for other msg boxes that are lighting your light.. usually that will be the case.. you can do a lamp audit from the switch, but unless users have msg ind keys on their phones you've got a stray box with your number

We had the same problem when we migrated from MMail to CP. Mmail was left online temporarily incase the cutover to CP did not go well. We were able to resolve our issue when we realized it was the MWI from the old MMail sending out the "lamp light". We first deleted the MWI extension from MMail and BINGO it cleared the light. We then took MMail off line and have not experienced the problem any more.
