When an external call goes to CallPilot the caller listens to the announcement. If they press 0 they are supposed to be connected to the Attendant Console. This system sends them to a DN 4421. Where can I change this.

that is set in the users mb, and can be changed by a user, revert dn. There is a screen for Att dn, but that will not help with a revert dn set.
