We've implemented some Voice Form Applications and they work great with the exception when the Assigned Transcribers login to pick up the Voice Form Responses the "count" of the responses goes back to "inception of the voice form creation" for example one of the Forms was created 2 weeks ago and when the Transcriber logins in she is advised of new messages but then when she listens the system announces the "TOTAL" number of responses EVER left even though ALL responses have been deleted thus it confuses her. Where do we adjust the system so the Voice Forms Response COUNT is reset every night? Oh another Voice Form issue we have is the Voice Form envelope information ONLY includes the time and date but the Transcribers NEED to hear time/date/phone number the caller called in from. Sometimes the caller recorded phone number isn't clear and it makes it difficult for them to transcribe the phone number. Our current system provides time and date of call and announces the phone number the caller called in from except of course for those callers with an "unknown/blocked" number.

Hope this makes sense and I do hope you can help me with a resolution to these issues.

We have a CS1000 system
We have the CallPilot Manager version 05.01.03.03

Thank you very much!
