Is it possible to go into a VM account in Call Pilot and change the Mailbox Number, Extension DN 1, MWI DN and Callback DN. and have any existing mail be available on the new DN? Or will I be screwing up an account?
no it's done here all the time, person changes jobs, wants the new number, just out the old users box and change his dn's mwi dn's etc... his old msgs stay, as well as his recordings
